Diana, Princess of Wales, died in a Car crash in Paris August 1997 - along with her lover, Dodi al Fayed and their French driver Henri Paul.

The official findings are that it was an accident, caused by a drunken negligent driver  trying to get away from the Paparazzi.

The facts and evidence which were published by the New Zealand investigative Journalist John Morgan, point to the only obvious intellectual conclusion: Diana was the target of a political assassination. This is not an uninformed 'conspiracy theory' but a legitimate conclusion, after a 14 year analysis and painstaking study of over 10,000 court, police and foreign office documents - which prove there were/are serious failings, breaches of law and multiple negligent findings and contradiction of facts in the Paget Report and the British Inquest.  Neither is it a theory, but rather a documented fact, that the Jury were deliberately prevented from seeing documents and hearing evidence and the vital testimony of  primary source witnesses, who had given statements to the French police within 48 hours of the 1997 Paris event.
There can be no doubt the Paget Report and the subsequent UK Inquest into the crash, entails  pre-meditated police and Blair government manipulation, obstruction and omission of facts and evidence.
Much of Morgan's work has been published by the British mainstream media.
Princess Diana's death resulted in one of the biggest political cover-ups  since the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

A loose cannon at work - Diana's powerful voice helped the banning of anti-personel land mines which caused uproar in the British and European arms industry.

Diana's last courageous front page mission to Angola pleading for the banning of landmines,

came only weeks before her death.

Was Paparazzo James Andanson a British or French Secret service asset? In the year 2000 Andanson supposedly committed suicide and was found burned to death beyond recognition in his car - on a stretch of land owned by the French military. However, Christophe Pelat, a fireman who reterived the body, claims “I saw him at close range and I’m absolutely convinced that he had been shot in the head, twice.

Challenging the Arms Industry

Leading lawyer Michael Mansfield QC, who represented Mohamed al-Fayed in the inquest into the death of his son and the Princess of Wales, declared in 2010, that Diana was killed because she planned to expose senior members of the British arms trade involved with land mines. Apparently  Diana kept an 'exposure diary' in which she was going to 'unmask' the people most closely involved with the British manufacturing of land mines.

'I think everyone remembers she raised the profile of the land mines.

'Everybody is aware that the British involvement in the arms trade, particularly land mines, is and was a huge vested interest.

'It seems to me she had planned various visits. She had already been to Angola, she was going to Cambodia later in the year.'She was going to set up an institute for the victims of the land mines that had been exploded.'

He added: 'A large number of land mines had been manufactured by the British and I think, and a witness who knew her well claimed, that she had an exposure diary in which she was going to expose the people most closely involved in the British arms trade. It seems to me that is not unrelated (to her death).'

Mansfield said there is a missing box of papers which could contain crucial information.

He said: 'Nobody really knows what was in it. The box exists but when it was opened there was nothing in it and everybody has forgotten what was in it.

'I don't know what was in it. It is said there were papers in there, it may have been the diary or notebook she was keeping in relation to the arms trade or it may be other correspondence between the royal family and herself.'

British lawyer Michael Mansfield believes the crash that killed Princess Diana was 'more than a mere accident'

Mr Mansfield said he believed the car crash in Paris in 1997 was 'more than a mere accident' when he first heard about it.

He said: 'Two people so vilified suddenly end up in a crash. I started to ask questions about who does this benefit, how did this come about?

'I got asked to do the case from a different channel and they didn't know I was already very interested in the opportunity, which very few of us ever get, to get senior security service chiefs and senior politicians in a witness box.

'I felt very strongly there was more to this case than a mere accident.'

He added: 'The verdict of the jury was not accidental death. The jury had that option and chose not to take it, they came back to unlawful killing contributed to by the paparazzi and following vehicles.

'The interesting thing is most immediate vehicles were driven not by paparazzi but people they have never managed to trace.'

When asked how he distanced himself from conspiracy theorists, Mr Mansfield said: 'I think most people think I'm a lunatic and that's fine. I'm not a conspiracy theorist about everything and there is cock-up as opposed to conspiracy but it's a very healthy analysis. It gets you to ask questions you wouldn't otherwise ask.'

The Catalytic ''Loose Cannon'' BBC Interview

On the 20th of November 1995, BBC's Martin Bashir, interviewed a strained-looking Princess Diana for a special edition of its critically acclaimed news show Panorama, . During the Interview, the former wife of the heir to The British throne admits that after her husband's affair with Camilla Parker Bowles, she indulged in an adulterous relationship with her former riding instructor, a Royal Life Guards officer James Hewitt, whom she said she had "adored."

Due to the startling content of this 1995  BBC interview, The Princess was critised by vindictive courtiers as ''Portraying herself as an innocent victim'' of a marriage in which there were ''three people''.  The Princess declared that during her marriage she had been desperately unhappy, an unhappiness which she claims catapulted her into the grasp of the dangerous binge eating disorder, bulimia. She stated however that she had no intention to end her marriage.

This interview was the catalyst scandal instigated by Princess Diana, which threatened to destabilise the British monarchy and the British establishment in general. This interview was aired less than two years before her death, during which time she divorced, had various public love affairs and got herself deeply involved with various political campaigns. One such political campaign was The International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) and her work with The Halo Trust caused much anger to British parliamentarians and British, French and US arms Industry producers. It is believed that due to her relationship with the Egyptian Millionare film producer, Dodi al Fayed, her next focus would have been to support the Free Palestine movement and to lobby to end the humanitarian disaster caused by the illegal siege of Gaza by Israel.
